Investment Opportunity
Alltorc Innovations Ltd is inviting investment from up to two strategic partners to carry a validated materials-technology business through to commercialisation and future sale.
Available for review: Executive Summary · 3-Year P&L · Balance Sheets.
One breakthrough material, four defining properties
Every Alltorc product is built on a single patented, uniquely formulated thermoplastic compound — protected by European Patent 3107507.
Reusable
The compound can be reshaped and reused repeatedly with no degradation in performance — dramatically reducing waste and cost.
Remouldable
Simply apply gentle heat to reshape the material to any form. No specialist equipment needed — users can do it themselves at home.
Durability
Engineered for long-term performance across medical, protective and industrial applications. Robust, reliable and built to last.
Europe & Beyond
Multiple applications across a range of sectors with real growth potential. Suitable for global markets, with a clear commercialisation strategy.
Three patented innovations built on a single breakthrough material
flexiTorc®
An ultra-flexible, reusable 3D-printable thermoplastic filament. Available in 1.75 mmØ and 2.85 mmØ. Low-melt re-shapability — mould, adjust, repeat. Worldwide licence in force with manufacturer; 50+ distributors in over 20 countries.
flexiWrap®
A smart, re-usable, lightweight, washable prosthetic wrap that enables users to optimise the fit and functionality of their prosthetic socket at home or on the go — giving back independence and reducing clinical visits.
torcTuff®
A thin, lightweight (100 g) stab-proof protective sleeve (wrist to elbow), tested to CAST Body Armour Standard BAS2017 and previously passing NIJ Level 2 at the University of Birmingham. The flexiTorc® component can be removed if damaged and re-processed into a new sleeve.
Three high-growth sectors — backed by independently verified market data
Driven by healthcare, aerospace & automotive adoption of additive manufacturing. Medical & dental applications alone hold 38% of market share. flexiTorc® sits at the intersection of flexibility, reusability and biocompatibility — properties standard filaments cannot match.
30 million people worldwide require prosthetic or orthotic services (WHO), with abandonment rates of 25%+ a known crisis. flexiWrap® addresses the root cause — poor fit — with a user-controlled solution. An estimated 57–60 million amputees worldwide (2025–26).
UK knife offences hit nearly 50,000 in the year to June 2024, with sales of stab-proof clothing surging in 2025. torcTuff® targets a largely unserved civilian market — affordable, lightweight, discreet arm protection. UK market growth sits at 5.8–6.5% annually.
Where flexiTorc® technology is already making an impact
Prototyping
Rapid iteration of complex shapes with no tooling costs using standard additive manufacturing (FDM & direct feed), with low-heat reshaping.
Medical Devices
Custom-fit orthotics, prosthetics and rehabilitation aids.
Tooling & Fixtures
Low-volume production tooling that can be reshaped on-site, reducing lead times and manufacturing costs.
Automotive Components
Lightweight, durable components — ideal for custom runs and rapid prototyping.
Consumer Goods
Personalised wearables, protective accessories and ergonomic products, personally tailored.
Education & Research
Safe, reusable material for academic institutions and R&D labs exploring additive manufacturing and materials science.
Ultra-flexible, reusable 3D-printable thermoplastic
flexiTorc® filament has been thoroughly tested and validated across an extensive range of 3D printers / additive-manufacturing equipment, including:
reshapeable & reusable
for industrial extruders
Restoring fit, comfort and independence
Discomfort or pain from ill-fitting sockets; weight causing fatigue; misalignment and wear on the residual limb; abandonment rates of 25%+ following amputation; and a real impact on self-confidence and body image.
Lets the user create the best fit for their prosthetic socket at home or on the go, and re-shape as the residual limb changes volume — giving power back to the user, freeing up time and cost for users and clinicians, and incorporating flexiTorc® for repeated reshaping.
